We,ve been busy here organising the Big Amman Valley Flattrack races and Streettracker show , hope we see you there ?
Did a show in Andover last week with the stall set up and bikes on display , thanks to everyone who said hi on the day . Been racing too first at Kings Lynn then at the BMF , great events both - just need to get closer to the front ! Although i had my first 2nd place at Kings Lynne - Great !!!
APRIL.
EASTER BANK HOLLIDAY WEEKEND. We will be having the REDMAXSPEEDSHOP ROADSHOW at Wheels day, rushmoor arena on friday - unless it pisses down (lots of hot rods and bikes). and on Monday the spring vehicle meet @ picket piece show in Andover, Hants.

MARCH.
Busy month was March, spent most of it in Daytona for the Flattrack and bike week racing, Ducati loaned me a Streetfighter to use for two weeks and I cruised around appalled at the fact you're not allowed to filter thru the traffic in Florida - which kill the enjoyment of riding for me. So I did anyway!
Racing was hot and fast at the new daytona track (pics on Flickr soon!) But the weather was cold in the evening in the stands as the meeting went on. We also had our Volousia race cancelled due to rain - Doh! Boastie fell off (highside) in practice so we did'nt get to see him qualify and he went a long way for not much in the way of satisfaction! Big up to him and Tim Grieg for making the trip to race tho.
Then there was the STAGS/SIDEBURN 5 party in wigan, followed by mini bike flattrack at a secret track, then more bands in Liverpool and then real practice at Kings lynn in Norfolk - now that's what I call a weekend! (see my blog for more on that - and pics on flickr).
FEBURARY.
We had a very busy month down here at Redmax Towers! did some good shows (see the blog!) and sold out of all the stock we could get from the States.
Bike building is coming on leaps and bounds (see our projects on Flickr) and our frame kits for Harley twins will be ready when I get back from Daytona. We will be cheering Boastie on at the Daytona Flattrack races as he once again tries to qualify for a main event out there I'm looking forwards to seeing the vintage racing too and going to a few auctions and autojumbles. Utopia.
JANUARY 2010!

We start this year with news of some great products coming up, like the Champion style XS650 body kit we are having made in the UK to fit standard road bikes, excellent quality right down to a sub frame loop to add on just like the real Champion frame! SEE ALL PICS ON OUR FLICKR PAGES.

Well it was a busy December in the shop, and a bit of a mixed bag of weather - from sun to snow!
The Braintree Bonanza indoor event was amazing, filled to capacity and close hard racing too. We had a stand there and sold a few bits and met a few people - whilst watching the racing. Nice one.
We are going to Daytona to watch the Flattrack racing whilst we're over there, so if you're going too lets meet up and watch it together eh ?

NEWSFLASH.
PETE BOAST wins UK Shorttrack Championship and Thunderbike Series too!
What a guy, eh ? Is there no stopping him? - apparently not as he's leading the Mefo European Championship by 8 points too! jesus. Way to go Pete.
In other news. Chris Carr cleaned up on his trip to England recently, winning the Shorttrack races at Rye House in front of a good crowd (and a great venue too). Mr Carr recently broke the Land Speed Record on two wheels and won at Indy on the Mile. Also popular as a speaker at the Sideburn nite recently in Peterborough, it seems Mr Carr can't do anything wrong in my book!
So Pete Boast and Chris Carr - who's best ? well there's only one way to sort it out - FIGHT! (Harry Hill makes me laugh)
September.
We have had a stand at a few shows now and word is getting out, Our display at Popham airfield went down well and starting the XR up at lunchtime was a hit with the crowd! Just done Kempton park Auto jumble in London and got to a whole new crowd of people - gave out around 200 cards and a sack full of stickers, which has got to be good - sold plenty of stock too.
Next up is the Chris carr night on Oct 8th organised by Sideburn mag, then the CCM school the next day and finally racing at Rye House, north London on the 11th Oct - last race so get down there!
Got some new stock too, so gonna put it on the Flickr page under shop stuff until I can get it on here!
August.
We have just become the ROCK OIL dealer for the area, so we can offer race deals to Shorttrack UK racers and good prices to all our customers, just enquire please.
Ok - we're in! fully moved into the new workshops (see pics on my blog or in the flickr pics link) and she's a beauty - plenty of space, very secure and just off of the motorway M3/A34/A303 (Andover, Hants)! Totally knackered after moving all that gear, but at least I can see my garage at home now! So any visitors can ring me on 07907529858 before they want to come (to make sure I'm there) and pop in for a cuppa and a chat! Look forwards to seeing you guys.

REDMAXSPEEDSHOP EXISTS! Ok then, I have just signed the lease for the new shop, in Andover, Hampshire.(near A303/A34/M3)
There are pics of it on my Flickr site (click the logo below left) it's plenty big enough and easy to get to, I get to move in on the 10th of july, so we'll be having an opening party mid August and I'll put it on the Blog when we are ready to go and it's jam packed full of Flattrack gear n Bikes for Sale.
We had a great Trip (2000 miles) to Race in the Czech republic and Austria last weekend (pics on Flickr) and want to thank Jan and all the Dutch brother/Mefo Guys for arranging such a great trip. We'll be there next year too - who's coming?
Next Race Buxton on the 12th, be there or be square (as they say).
June.
We are currently looking at new Premises in Hampshire (close to A34/M3/A303), and hope to make them our Home at the begriming of June! Obviously there will be an opening party and anyone who want's to come - is invited! Look out for more on that soon.
Also we've signed up to do the MILE RACE in the Czech Republic and Austria (see Dutch Brothers site in our links) and welcome any other UK guys to join us there! Fancy a road trip? Oh yea.
